http://www.rarolens.com - the Fitness Revolution group in Rarotonga, Cook Islands is taking fitness classes to the people. This video is part of a fundraising event to help send our local rugby sevens boys to the Adelaide Sevens competition. Holding it at the national auditorium instead of at the Top Shape gym means that more people can fit in and still have plenty of room to move. The session included, Zumba, Fight Do and Hupa (a local fitness style using our Cook Islands dance routines). It was all a lot of fun as well as helping people stay healthy.
